All prices displayed on Winno.ma are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
Shipping fees are calculated separately unless free shipping is clearly indicated.
Although we make every effort to avoid pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders containing obvious pricing mistakes.

All orders are subject to confirmation. Our team may contact you to verify your delivery information before shipping your order.
Winno reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or product availability issues are identified.
6. Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods may become available in the future.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days through our delivery partners, including Tawsil and OzonExpress.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Returns & Warranty
Returns are accepted within 7 days in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Warranty coverage varies by product. If a warranty is available, the details will be clearly stated on the product page.
